Intermediate Hand Embroidery
A Step-by-Step Look at 15 Additional Stitches
In Intermediate Hand Embroidery we will build on the 12 stitches covered in the Beginning Hand Embroidery class. During this class you will learn variations on some of the classic stitches, such as Twisted Chain Stitch and Portuguese Knotted Stem Stitch. We will continue on to new stitches, such as Coral Stitch and Woven Wheel Roses.
During the class, you will create a practice piece of embroidery stitches. This can be a simple sampler of shapes and lines, or a more complex piece of your own design. You also have access to an optional FB group where you can ask questions and share your progress with the instructor and other students.
By the end of this class, you should feel comfortable with an additional 15 stitches + variations to add to your embroidery designs.
